These characters’s races are in NO WAY ambiguous or disputable. You can’t get away with the, “Well, white people have olive skin too!!” argument that goes around in The Hunger Games fandom regarding Katniss’s race. Their heritage and race plays a large part in their personality and often comes up in their narration. You are being willfully ignorant if you manage to somehow miss that any of these characters are NOT white.
If you cast any of these characters with white actors, YOU ARE BEING RACIST. FULL STOP. THE END.
